No returns or refunds possible. If your order is messed up in any way, please message us either via Instagram @TombasticBricks or use our contact us and shoot me an email at use so we can figure out a solution

About combining orders
We reserve the right to accept or refuse to combine orders made on the TombasticToys site and between orders placed on CastillaClassics and Nukeland city websites
We reserve the right to refund or not refund extra shipping costs if orders were combined or not combined. If you want to make sure your order is combined message me on Instagram within the first few hours of your order to assure I don’t miss it

When are you shipping my order ?
As this is a two-person operation, shipping times may vary slightly depending on current workload and personal circumstances. Our standard handling time ranges from 2 business days up to 1 month. However, in most cases, orders will be packed and shipped within one week. The maximum handling time would only be necessary in the event of an emergency, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We typically ship orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. Please note that orders placed on those days may not be shipped the same day.
